Only You 03:09
Only You by Evan Buckley I once had eyes for only you But when you lost your pride I lost mine too For a while we rode together, side by side We parted ways you caught a different train Now when I see you things feel strange and I wonder Tell me honey, do you still know my name? I saw the signs all over you I read between the lines, what you were gonna do And now I'm hearing stories about it We parted ways you caught a different train I hope you're happy but somehow I doubt it Tell me honey, do you still know my name? You loved me like a drug abuse So how do I compare to other drugs you've used? You ring me up when you're drunk, tell me you've ruined your life We parted ways you caught a different train Those boys they make you their toy, I would have made you my wife I tell ya honey I'm just glad I never gave you my name You are my love, no longer You are my love, no longer We broke our hearts on each other You are my love, no longer And I just hope that you can find a steady road A warm embrace to heal your heart And I know life on you has had a heavy toll I'm just sorry for my part

A Life Well Lived by Evan Murray Buckley Oh, You saved my soul, but can You save my life From the comforts of living first world Coz apathy kills the seeds planted in our hearts Without love we're a waterless well But if we dare to stand on the battlefield And we give up our lives for our brothers Till when we're face to face we'll to our saviour say That we shared the hope He gave us Open all of the windows and see there's a world outside And it's hurting and yearning for hope But we have a saviour and we are not given life Just to sit here and wait till we die But if we dare to stand on the battlefield And we give up our lives for our brothers Till when we're face to face we'll to our saviour say That we shared the hope He gave us The days get shorter and the years roll on What have we done? What have we done? You gave up your life, that we might live So how can we hold back what we have to give? You gave up your life, that we might live So how can we hold back what we have to give? But if we dare to stand on the battlefield And we give up our lives for our brothers Till when we're face to face we'll to our saviour say That we shared the hope He gave us

The Dizzying Heights Of Our Youthful Ambition by Evan Murray Buckley Have we all learned to hide ourselves, have we all learned to cloak the truth Have we all learned to disappear behind a world of pretty tunes? I was quiet as a child, I was reckless as a youth I was foolish as a man, but now in dying I am new And I got down on my knee, just to bend and tie my shoe But if I asked you for your hand would you tell me you'd be true? And i'm sorry I'm not more, but I'm all that I can be I'm trying hard to be a man who lives like the Good Lord meant for me Come down, come down, the mountains aren't for you Come down, come down, and live amongst the truth Come down, come down, the mountains aren't for you Come down, come down, there's nothing left to lose I was quiet as a child, I was reckless as a youth I was foolish as a man, but now in dying I am new

Only The Brave by Evan Murray Buckley Only the brave die young Only the ones who open their hearts get burned We're all afraid to run But I was a fool to think you could stay unhurt I was no favourite son Never the one that you'd want to put your money on And I am no hired gun I'm just a boy addicted to love and openness And I'll give my heart away until my dying day And I love you so, though I said I didn't know But I can't bear to leave you where you are And I must try to wait, so in my heart i'll hesitate But thoughts of you won't leave me in the dark Only the brave die young Only the ones who open their hearts get burned We're all afraid to run But I was a fool to think you could stay unhurt And I'll give my heart away until my dying day And I love you so, though I said I didn't know But I can't bear to leave you where you are And I must try to wait, so in my heart i'll hesitate But thoughts of you won't leave me in the dark

In The Breaking by Evan Murray Buckley I've been living for love like it were real Been giving you space for your heart to heal Been holding back everything I feel, but I'm losing Touch with what I know What everyone told me so long ago While you're here it's your turn to grow and I'm intruding And in the breaking of us apart again I am learning something new We have borrowed these moments not yet our own Now their returning's overdue Been hanging around outside your door Every time we talk it leaves me wanting more Now there's a truth I can't ignore, coz you're leaving Me to work it out With a bucket of hope and a handful of doubt When you're gone will you hear me shout I adore you And in the breaking of us apart again I am learning something new We have borrowed these moments not yet our own Now their returning's overdue So I lie awake and think of you And I lie awake and pray for you And I, I will lie awake and think of you And oh, my heart it aches to be with you, but In the breaking of us apart again I am learning something new We have borrowed these moments not yet our own Now their returning's overdue

Eyes Turn Blue by Evan Murray Buckley Tell me your stories 'bout the days of your glory and the dreams that you made come true I've got my reasons for ignoring your seasons, but I don't think you want them too How many times do you have to find Jesus before you know that He found you? All these days in the world we praise, now it's gone out and left you on the roof Oh my darling, tell me the truth When you said you love me did your eyes turn blue? Best you be believing when you see what you're reading 'bout the things that I said I'd do Time keeps moving we all keep losing hope in love and truth The reports were wrong so we just carried on drinking your tomato soup It didn't take long and the rain was gone, the sun came up and the light came shining through Oh my darling, tell me the truth When you said you love me did your eyes turn blue? And oh my darling as you disappear Well I left you crying, I didn't catch your tears, oh no.

Bonfire Song 03:58
Bonfire Song by Evan Murray Buckley The world is aching People break each other down Here in this sanctuary now We can shelter ourselves from the storm Broken open We can read each other's hearts Finding treasures abounding here We are not alone though soon we'll part Lonely hearts, crossing paths We are like falling stars Make no sound, do not speak Silence falls and it is all we need With love between us Who can try to bring us down? Life is so full of changes But in these moments we are found Lonely hearts, crossing paths We are like falling stars Make no sound, do not speak Silence falls and it is everything
